Rucksacks

I hated school. I loathed the middle days of August, because it meant my days of freedom were numbered and soon it was off to prison. The only bit of joy was picking out a new backpack, but usually I was disappointed in that regard as well.

Inspired Fashion

Today is the first day of Copenhagen Fashion Week 2010. I won't actually be attending anything since our café is fully booked, but as a tip of the hat to fashion.....


Both of the photos above come from National Geographic. I saw a lovely book that showed clothing from all over the world; it was very inspiring. As nice as the pieces are in the bottom, they don't come close to those Masai waist pieces. 

Still Summer

It could be the last day of true heat; you never know here in Scandinavia. I'm off to the beach!
